  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including (but not limited to):

    • The customer ordered the wrong item by mistake.

Warranty Exchange Policy (For Defective Products Only)

The only instance where an exchange is possible is if a product has a manufacturing defect and is covered under its specific warranty period.

  • No Refunds: We do not provide refunds for warranty claims. We will only offer an exchange for a replacement product.

  • Varying Terms: Warranty terms (e.g., 1-month hardware, 6-months software) vary for each product.

  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to inquire about and understand the specific warranty for an item before purchasing. We are not responsible for subsequent complaints.

  • Delivery Costs: All delivery and shipping costs related to a warranty claim (both sending and receiving) must be paid by the customer.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  2. Provide your original order number and a detailed description of the fault.

  3. We will guide you through the warranty claim and inspection process.

Conditions for a Valid Warranty Exchange

Even for a defective item, an exchange will be rejected if the following conditions are not met. The item must be returned with:

  • Original packaging, box, and all accessories (manuals, cables, etc.).

  • No physical damage, scratches, or scuff marks.

  • The original security/warranty sticker must be intact and not broken or tampered with.

A warranty exchange will not be possible for damage caused by misuse, liquid, or unauthorized repairs.
